The position ensures that all new equipment meets OPmobility standards in terms of safety, quality, performance, and durability, while securing a robust transfer to Operations. MISSIONS 1. Equipment Implementation & Ramp‑Up Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of new IMMs, robots, central feeding systems, and thermolators in accordance with plant needs and OPmobility technical standards. Coordinate installation, commissioning, and ramp‑up phases, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Monitor equipment performance to reach expected cycle times, availability, and quality levels before handover. 2. Compliance, Validation & Handover Conduct equipment conformity checks (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automation). Validate performance through structured protocols (FAT, SAT, run‑at‑rate, capability tests). Facilitate a controlled and documented handover to plant operational teams, including training, SOPs, and maintenance guidelines. 3. Methodology & Project Governance Apply and promote OPTIPRO work‑package methodologies to secure project discipline, risk mitigation, and robust documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement actions related to industrialization, equipment lifecycle, and standardization across the plant network. 4. HSE Responsibility Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards during all installation and commissioning activities. Coordinate supplier interventions on site, guaranteeing respect of OPmobility safety rules, permits, and environmental requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks linked to new equipment introduction. 5. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact with equipment suppliers during installation and ramp‑up.
