Mission: - Serve as an administrator for IVALUA- procurement software for complete spend & supplier management on a unified source-to-pay platform. - Assist in the preparation, review, and management of procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, and supporting contract negotiations. - Analyze and monitor the spending by vendors, categories, and countries with particular focus on Indirect Purchasing for A&P / Marketing & Communication, General Services / Logistics & Interior Design / Visual Merchandising, Store maintenance, IT - Support the Procurement Manager in category analysis, market research, and the development of category strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance. - Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor procurement performance metrics. - Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives, ensuring suppliers meet company standards and regulatory requirements. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, fostering collaboration and communication to develop a best-in-class sourcing procedures and purchasing processes (communication with HQ and the LVMH holding) - Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations, effectively communicating procurement strategies, outcomes, and recommendations. Update management on weekly, monthly and quarterly business review.

Profil recherché

School background: The candidate must have graduated from a business school and/or hold a Master degree in management. Skills & Capabilities - Understanding of high luxury business requirements / awareness - Relevant previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing including negotiation skills - Outstanding networking/interpersonal skills - Business and customers centric style, results driven - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Analysis / Reporting skills - Integrity and the ability to deal with sensitive information - Excellent presentation and communication skills in Fluent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
