Description de la mission

You will support the Northwest & Central Europe team in identifying value‑creation opportunities across the German and Dutch portfolio in line with the long‑term business plan. Your perimeter of responsibilities will include: 1. Portfolio Strategy: • With the Head of Asset Management, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centre • Close cooperation with Leasing/Commercial department including assessment of leasing scenarios and preparation of recommendations to maximize asset value • Source new opportunities to create value (rotation of the tenant mix, merger / split of units, specialty leasing, parking, EV chargers…) • Monitor and analyze the performance KPIs • Monitor and analyze the evolution of the catchment area and the competition 2. Budget and Business Plan follow-up: • Verify and challenge the consistency of all budgeted leasing operations with the long term BP strategy • Prepare and present the reports / dashboards to follow-up the approved operations under execution 3. Acquisition and Appraisal process • Collect and communicate the relevant data to the appraisers • Analyze the appraisal reports and challenge the assumptions taken to guarantee alignment between the appraisal and internally prepared valuations • Participate in the identification process of potential acquisitions • Participate in the due diligence process in the frame of asset disposal 4. Project management • Coordinate cross-functions project teams and set the pace of execution (property management, finance, leasing/commercial) • Facilitate the share of information and relevant data within the project teams

Profil recherché

Education and experience: • Degree in preferably finance, business, or real estate • Interest in asset management: first experience (including internship) in real estate, audit or investment banking Skills and competencies: • Proactive and resourceful: ability to solve problems, anticipate needs and address issues before they arise. • Attention to detail and quality of your work. • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity. • Proactive and resourceful: ability to solve problems, anticipate needs and address issues before they arise. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Language: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • German and Dutch would be a plus but is not mandatory.
