Could you be the full-time Quality Management System (QMS), Global Performance and Continuous Improvement Support in Charleroi we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management and continuous improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a key role in supporting our Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Directors, Engineering and Industrial Department Heads, Project Managers, Project Teams), ensure effective management of QMS documentation, and support internal audit programs, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of organizing and consolidating Process Reviews results, as well as supporting the Global Performance Director in monitoring Site Improvement Plan actions but also assist in creating e-learning modules to train teams on processes and roles/responsibilities. We’ll look to you for: Providing teams with effective support regarding processes Ensuring Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, and communicated Contributing to organisation and consolidation of Process Reviews results and site Quality Management Reviews Supporting QMS Manager in internal audit program planning and reporting Monitoring corrective and preventive actions from audits to closure Ensuring timely reporting of Quality KPIs and defining action plans when needed Issuing Site KPIs Dashboard and reviewing related action plans with departments Supporting the organization of internal and external audits and managing resulting action plans

Profil recherché

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: • Master’s degree in engineering (Management background depending on the size of the project) • Experience or understanding of continuous improvement practices • Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes • A strong sense of autonomy, allowing you to organize your work effectively and take initiative • Familiarity with creating and delivering training modules • A strong command of French and English (fluent) • Rigor and discipline in your work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • An open-minded and curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
