Description de la mission
Based in London, you’ll support the UK & Global Acquisition, Production and Development teams on the smooth day-to-day running of the department with a primary emphasis on scheduling and complex diary management.
PRODUCTION:
• Day-to-day diary management for both teams and coordination of meetings
• Manage and book all travel arrangements, meetings and registration for teams to festivals and markets etc.
• Submit all expenses for both teams, raise purchase order numbers for various invoices
• Updating database systems on acquisition/production projects
• Attend weekly department meetings and give feedback on various research requests
• Manage agendas for weekly departmental meetings and calls
• Adhoc research – provide book sales data, box office/DVD sales, national trends etc. to aid research into potential projects
• Liaise with acquisitions and production teams in other SC territories when needed
• Prepare various PowerPoint presentations when needed
• Coordinate script/book submissions to readers and distribute reports to the team
• Contribute towards one of the D&I Groups within the company to ensure inclusion across the business and contribute to the company’s ethos and values.
ACQUISITIONS:
• Research upcoming key film festival programmes - gather information on territory availabilities and flag titles of note internally
• Prepare market/festival diaries and screening schedules for the UK team in co-ordination with other STUDIOCANAL territories’ acquisitions teams
• Assist the team in preparing proposals for greenlight
• Develop relationships with international sales agents and a familiarity with their slates
• Occasionally read scripts and schedule / attend screenings to provide coverage and feedback

Profil recherché
o You have strong verbal and written communication skills and you are fluent in English.
o You have a passion for British Film and TV and ambition to work in the film industry.
o You have an experience of success in similar role and proven scheduling experience.
o You are detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
o You are self-starter, responsive with a positive, can-do attitude.
o You can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
o Proven excellence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
