Description de la mission
Graitec is seeking a Work & Experience Partner This roles focuses on shaping and optimizing global workspaces, and enabling business performance through data‑driven insights and aligned workplace practices. This is a globally connected position responsible for experience design, workforce enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You Will Lead:
Employee Experience & Onboarding Excellence
- Design and orchestrate globally consistent onboarding and pre‑boarding experiences.
- Ensure readiness across IT, workplace, communications, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Lead communication announcements for new‑hire visibility moments that support Graitec’s employer brand.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create meaningful first‑week experiences.
- Workplace Strategy & Culture Activation
Drive the cultural energy of Graitec offices so they feel alive, engaging, and connected.
- Translate business and headcount forecasts into proactive workspace planning.
- Support wellbeing initiatives (quiet areas, collaboration zones, space design).
People Operations & Analytics Integration
- Validate physical‑space data, hybrid attendance patterns, and occupancy metrics.
- Contribute to workforce planning with capacity analytics and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with H&S, employee location accuracy, and global facilities governance.
Global Mobility & Talent Enablement
- Support global mobility processes: visas, work permits, renewals, and office readiness.
Administer mobility cases and coordinate with external vendors.
Facilitate smooth cross‑border relocations and employee settling.
Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Governance
Lead HRIS‑aligned offboarding processes and secure asset return.
- Manage access removal, documentation, and compliance steps.
- Ensure the best offboarding experience aligned to Graitec’s values and worldwide practices.
Culture, Events & Recognition
- Coordinate cultural recognition programs, and employee celebrations.
- Guide leaders in embedding recognition into their team rhythms.
- Plan compliant and safe events with clear ROI and global standards.
Diversity, Sustainability & Change Programs
- Support accessibility audits, sustainability measures, and ESG‑aligned practices.
- Contribute to change‑management initiatives through space reconfiguration and communication support.
Employer Branding & Communication
- Enhance Graitec’s employer brand through workplace storytelling and social visibility.
- Create engaging content for internal channels (Gnet) and LinkedIn.
Strategic Facilities & Corporate Assets Governance
- Enterprise Asset Governance & Optimization, Responsible for consolidation strategies, cost‑to‑value evaluation, and governance of asset allocation to support operational efficiency and organizational scalability.
- Contract Lifecycle & Vendor Portfolio Strategy, renewal forecasting, risk assessment.
Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Operations Strategy
- Leadership of activities related to the optimization of corporate workspaces, - - Accountable for the governance of all facility‑related operations and service delivery frameworks.
Profil recherché
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You have a first experience in Human Ressources or People Operations experience.
You speak fluently French and English.
You have a degree in Human Resources, Business or similar.
You understand how the physical workplace influences culture, retention, and productivity.
You are data‑informed and can translate insights into recommendations.
