Description de la mission

You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions: - Sector, Strategic, and Financial Analysis Perform comprehensive analyses of target companies, including market mapping, competitive positioning, and business model evaluation. Research industry dynamics and emerging trends to support the investment team’s thematic sourcing initiatives. Assess growth drivers, risk factors, and potential value creation levers for prospective investments. - Financial Modeling & Business Plan Assessment Construct detailed financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to test different business plan assumptions and forecast outcomes. Analyze historical performance and future projections to evaluate investment attractiveness. Synthesize quantitative findings and support valuation efforts using various methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions). - Investment Memo Preparation & Investment Committee Process Draft structured and insightful investment memoranda summarizing analytical findings, due diligence outcomes, and investment rationales. Prepare materials for and participate in investment committee meetings, providing analyses and responding to investor and management team questions. - Portfolio Monitoring & Value Creation Support Track and assess the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies through regular reviews and data analysis. Support value-creation initiatives by assisting in strategic projects, operational improvement plans, and performance benchmarking. Identify and report on portfolio risks and opportunities. - Management Meetings & Due Diligence Prepare for and attend meetings with management teams of target or portfolio companies, contributing relevant research, analysis, and questions. Participate actively in due diligence processes, working alongside investment professionals, advisors, and industry experts. Profil recherché

You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘so-what,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry; You show adequate communication skills, with passionate attention to detail; As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company; You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis and good expertise of Excel and Power Point; Previous internship experience is highly recommended; Fluent in English;
