FINANCIAL ANALYST (M/F) (H/F)

We are seeking a detail-driven and strategic Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will focus on high-level financial analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization, leveraging vendor and procurement data to strengthen financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of operational cost drivers, enabling smarter budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions Financial Planning & Analysis Partner with FP&A to develop accurate forecasts and budgets informed by historical spend, vendor contracts, and operational needs. Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making. Provide variance analysis and insights to leadership on OPEX and project spend trends. Cost & Vendor Insights Analyze vendor and procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved payment terms, and risk mitigation. Maintain visibility into key vendor contracts, renewals, and associated spend patterns to inform negotiations. Support financial decision-making with clear reporting on spend by department, vendor, and category. Data Management & Reporting Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial and vendor data in ERP and procurement systems. Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to finance and business leaders. Leverage tools such as NetSuite, and Excel to create clear, visual financial reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and departmental budget owners to ensure alignment between spend, contracts, and budgets. Partner with stakeholders to streamline intake, approval, and forecasting processes. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting, and recommend solutions for automation or optimization. Help define and enforce standards for vendor and budget data collection to improve downstream financial accuracy.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical role (procurement experience a plus but not required). Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Familiarity with data visualization tooling preferably Looker. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
