Description de la mission

Could you be the Buyer in Barcelona we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your purchasing and negotiation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates. We’ll look to you for: 1.Supplier relationship Support global supplier panel relationship. Manage specific supplier panel relationship (negociation, specific agreement, local supplier QCDT performances). Monitor day to day suppliers performances and issues. Management of initial issues before escalation to line manager. Respect Alstom Transport code of ethics and guidelines. 2.Commodity support on site Consolidation of commodity needs, inputs. Active participation to commodity strategy and panel elaboration. Provide imputs to build differenciation. Support of Commodity Manager in tender phase. Represent the commodities towards projects, platforms and solutions. Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving. Apply the Alstom Transport Sourcing process, and provide return on experience. 3.Involvement in projects Coordinate project with all Metiers. Preparation and launch of Request For Quotation with suppliers using the standard tool. Lead project negociation. Monitor sourcing project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development). Ensure work package sheet commitment respect. Prepare Business Award.

Profil recherché

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Degree in Business or Engineering, with a Master’s in Purchasing Experience or understanding of supplier management and negotiation Knowledge of sourcing processes and commodity strategies Familiarity with QCDT principles A strong ability to influence and communicate effectively Fluent English and an international background in the industry 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
