As part of our international development strategy, we are expanding our presence in Southern Europe, with Italy identified as a priority market. ________________________________________ Mission Description Within the framework of the VIE program, the VIE will support the commercial development of the equine veterinary business in Italy. Reporting to the International Distribution & Nerwork Manager the VIE will contribute to the development, animation, and structuring of a local distribution network, working closely with distributors, veterinarians, and internal teams. ________________________________________ Main Responsibilities • Support the development of commercial activities in the Italian equine veterinary market • Identify, prospect, and recruit new distributors and commercial partners • Animate and support the existing distribution network (training, follow-up, coordination) • Participate in field activities with distributors and key accounts • Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies • Support product launches and promotional activities • Collect and analyze market data and competitive intelligence • Represent the company at veterinary congresses, trade fairs, and professional events • Act as a liaison between local partners and headquarters ________________________________________ Profile Required • Eligible for the VIE program (Business France) • Master’s degree in Business, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field • Strong interest in international business development • Interest in the equine veterinary sector • First experience in sales, marketing, or animal health is appreciated • Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Fluent in Italian and English; • Based in Italy
