GROUP PROCURMENT CONTROLLER (F/M) (H/F)

Position and Responsibilities Based at Shape Corp’s site in Pilsen, Czech Republic, the role is responsible for coordinating and managing group level procurement data, tools, and reporting systems, working closely with Finance and Procurement teams across Shape Corp’s global entities. Key responsibilities include • Analyze, consolidate, and monitor procurement performance and cost data at group level • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to support procurement decision making. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of procurement data to management. • Identify cost optimization opportunities, performance gaps, and transparency improvements across Procurement activities. • Work closely on a daily basis with Procurement, Finance, and Controlling teams across multiple sites. • Support the digitalization and automation of procurement analytics and reporting processes. • Contribute to the definition, deployment, and global follow up of procurement KPIs (cost, productivity, savings, compliance). • Participate in cross functional and strategic projects, including sustainable procurement, cost analysis, and reporting tool harmonization. Candidate Profile • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management. • 1–3 years of experience in a similar controlling, procurement, or analytical role within the automotive or manufacturing industry. • Strong data driven and controlling mindset, comfortable working in an international environment. • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into management insights. • Proactive and motivated to drive process improvement in a fast paced industrial setting. • Autonomous, structured, and curious, able to manage multiple topics in parallel and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team. Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. • Practical knowledge of ERP systems • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and business intelligence tools. • Strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
