VIE Injection Process Engineer (H/F)

This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy. The site of Kanda based in Japan belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Injection Process Engineer for 24 months. Your challenges? You will play a key role in improving and stabilizing mass production injection activities in a growing industrial environment: Drive continuous improvement on mass production injection machines to reach performance and quality targets Improve productivity by reducing cycle times and changeover times through structured improvement actions Analyze technical issues related to injection machines and molds, and support production teams with solutions Work closely with automation and digitalization teams to improve machine data tracking, energy monitoring, and shop-floor tools Support industrialization activities by organizing and following trials for new molds directly on the production floor Ensure a strong link between daily production issues and long-term process improvements Contribute to maintaining production performance while supporting the deployment of new production lines
