As a Supply Chain Optimization & Control lead, you drive end-to-end supply chain activities for new product launches, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient logistics flows. You optimize planning, inventory, and performance while supporting production ramp-up and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities: - Oversee supply chain activities for new product launches, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones - Contribute to customer quotations by designing supply chain concepts, logistics solutions, and performing risk assessments - Coordinate packaging, transportation, and warehousing activities in alignment with plant strategy - Ensure smooth and efficient logistics flows across the supply chain - Maintain supply chain data integrity, align planning activities, and lead regular performance and risk review meetings - Work closely with planning and production teams to support production ramp-up phases - Enforce supply chain standards and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations - Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Optimize order quantities to reduce costs and limit obsolescence - Ensure inventory accuracy and actively manage obsolete materials
