V.I.E Junior Financial Controller (H/F)

Transdev is Hiring a Junior Financial Controller (VIE) Key Responsibilities - Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) - Support financial analysis to assist business decision-making - Produce reports, analyses, and ad hoc financial studies - Assist in the monthly closing process alongside the Financial Controller - Conduct risk analysis and contribute to risk mitigation actions - Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and support audit processes - Contribute to regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with financial standards - Support budgeting processes and financial planning - Assist project and tender teams with financial inputs - Implement and communicate financial policies from Group Finance - Contribute to action plan monitoring through internal tools (e.g., BWise) - Ensure compliance with internal procedures, ISO standards, and cybersecurity policies

Your Profile - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - Initial experience (around 1 year) in audit, consulting, or finance-related roles - Strong knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles - Familiarity with IFRS and international auditing standards is a plus - Understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) is appreciated - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools - Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Fluency in Spanish is required (minimum B2/C1) - Fluency in English is required (minimum B2/C1)
