Description de la mission

Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for analyzing, optimizing and continuously improving supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery. This role focuses on working with the supply chain manager to drive operational excellence through process improvement, system reliability and cross-functional coordination. The role requires a data-driven approach to performance monitoring, risk management and strategic problem-solving to ensure a resilient and performing supply chain. 1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Develop and standardize best practices, procedures and work instructions to streamline procurement, planning and maximize efficiency. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, waste and bottlenecks within the supply chain to improve service levels and performance. 2. Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting Improve demand planning, forecasting accuracy and inventory management to align with business objectives and customer requirements. Develop actions to optimize inventory levels, reducing shortages and excess stock while maintaining service levels. Implement data-driven decision-making tools to enhance forecasting precision, inventory control and planning efficiency. Support the monthly SIOP cycle and drive data-based decision-making. 3. Compliance & Best Practice Implementation Ensure adherence to Safran requirements, industry standards and regulatory compliance across all supply chain functions. Support and coordinate internal and customer audits related to supply chain processes, ensuring full compliance and addressing any identified gaps. Drive the adoption of One Safran Supply Chain Management (SCM) best practices to enhance process maturity and standardization. 4. Technology Implementation & Digital Transformation Leverage digital tools, analytics and AI-driven insights to improve supply chain effectiveness and decision-making. Support ERP enhancements, automation and digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Profil recherché

Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Sigma, Kaizen, or similar). Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor M3) and data analytics tools. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
