Financial Controller (H/F)

As Junior Financial Controller, you will help our operating teams focus on growth, fight relentlessly against wasted spending, and help teams across the organization better understand how their efforts contribute to the success of the company. Part of the Finance team , the Financial Controller ensure that decision are made based on sound financial data, and fight relentlessly against wasted spending What you will do : - You will act as the key finance, HR, legal & administrative business partner for our team in Brazil 🇧🇷 - You will help teams budget and monitor their expenditures with a ROI perspective - You will improve the quality of our financial data at Group level, and streamline the preparation of our reporting packs and board materials - You will support our accountants and auditors for end-of-period accounting procedures, including the preparation of our annual financial statements - You will support financing efforts locally 🧑‍💼Reporting to Head of Finance 🧑‍💼Stakeholders: - Operations: Finance / Legal / Support / HR - Sales, RevOps - Product development 📝Responsibilities: - You will act as the key finance, HR, legal & administrative business partner for our team in Brazil 🇧🇷 - You will help teams budget and monitor their expenditures with a ROI perspective - You will assist in onboarding the new accounting firm into financial workflows and play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and robustness of monthly reporting - You will improve the quality of our financial data and harmonize it at Group level, and streamline the preparation of our reporting packs. - You will support our accountants and auditors for end-of-period accounting procedures, including the preparation of our annual financial statements - You will support fundraising efforts led by the leadership of the company - ⚙️Operations - Own vendor payments - Manages monthly intercompany recharges & cash transfers - Co-own the finance tools stack - Co-own the relationship with: - Accountants & auditors - Payroll providers - Banks & insurance - Review deal structuring on larger deals - Ensure that proper internal controls are in place, and that a proper audit trail is available for all financial data & operations - 📊Controlling - Prepare monthly reporting - Compute monthly accruals and commitments - Ticketing and Cashback Advances - Sponsorship - Review monthly accounting to ensure accuracy - Manage Cash reporting and follow up based on PSP data and our bank accounts - Lead end-of-year closing processes - Prepare budgets and forecasts - Help in Financial materials and Global business review for HQ - 🧑‍🏭Projects - Local project : supporting local team in daily operations. - Support local PSP deployment in 2026.
