YOUR ROLE
We are looking for our next Sales Coordinator & Customer Event Associate for a VIE based in Lincoln, RI for 18 to 24 months.
The Sales Coordinator & Customer Event Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks and facilitating smooth communication between internal departments and customers.
According to the provisions of article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 years old and European nationals will be eligible for this mission proposed in the form of a VIE. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Sales coordinator associate
· Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration
· Prepare and deliver standard quotation for products, repairs or services
· Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
· Coordinate with the production and internal divisions to ensure timely delivery of products/services
· Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and order status
· Assist the sales team in creating and organizing sales presentations and proposals
· Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing sales meetings with existing and potential customers.
· Performs other duties as assigned
Customer event associate
· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events, from planning to execution
· Maintain oversight of execution and event budget.
· Source venues, vendors for catering, technology for registration and/or virtual platforms, audio-visual elements, transportation and entertainment in support of meetings
· Manage the equipment shipments for every event
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and regional sales to align event objectives with overall company goals
· Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure all requirements are met and contracts are fulfilled
· Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans
· Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback and implementing improvements for future events
· Ensure customer service standards are met throughout the event with clients and their planners
· Assist in event marketing efforts
· Travel as needed for select trade shows and events

· This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
· Freshly graduated from a degree in marketing, sales, business development area or business administration.
· Experience in an international environment.
· Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently and understand the business impact.
