* About the role*
As a Junior Technical Account Engineer at LumApps, you will support the team in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our platform. You will work closely with our customers and senior team members to understand their needs, assist in providing technical support, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
*Missions*
Technical Project Management:
Technical Consulting and Advisory: Assist senior team members in serving as a technical consultant and advisor to clients throughout the post-sales period, with a focus on user and group provisioning, authentication, integrations, and the use of LumApps Datalake and LumApps Extensions.
Product Adoption: Support the promotion of technical products with a view to renewal and expansion.
Technical Configuration: Assist in configuring technical components such as custom widgets, search SDK, APIs, and LumApps Companion (chatbot, micro apps).1
Technical Support:
Client and Partner Support: Provide technical support to clients and partners by assisting in diagnosing and quickly resolving routine issues to improve productivity.
Expertise and Collaboration: Develop expertise in LumApps, collaborating with client stakeholders and the internal team to propose suitable technical solutions or alternatives.
Technical Migrations: Assist clients and senior engineers with various technical migrations of the product.
Anticipate Technical Changes: Learn to anticipate technical changes of our clients and their impact on the use of the tool.
Documentation and Training:
Client Process Documentation: Assist in documenting client processes and advising on the best technical solutions to implement.
Internal and External Documentation: Contribute to the internal and external documentation of LumApps.
Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with the Customer Management (CSM) and training teams.
Workshops: Assist in organizing and delivering workshops to train LumApps users on technical deployment and configuration procedures.
*Skills*
SaaS Experience: Entry-level or less than 1 year of experience in the SaaS industry.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English with good oral in Japanese skills.
Communication and Client Relations: Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities.
Project Management: Basic understanding or ability to learn project management methodologies.
Technical Expertise: Foundational understanding of the deployment and configuration of software solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
Documentation: Ability to document processes and create clear, detailed guides.
Training and Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to assist in training and organizing workshops.
LumApps Technical Components: Familiarity with LumApps technical components (authentication, integrations, APIs, etc.) is a plus.
Security and Authentication: Foundational knowledge of end-to-end security and understanding of authentication and provisioning standards such as OAuth, SAML, SSO, and SCIM is a plus.
JavaScript and REST APIs: Exposure to or experience working with Vanilla JavaScript and/or REST APIs is a plus.
