Job descriptions In order to support the Training Products Deployment and Support team at Bangalore, Airbus India (IISTB), is looking for a VIE - Software Engineer The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. General informations about our department Training Products Deployment and Support (D&S) : The Training products D&S team is responsible for deployment, delivering & supporting all the training products by Airbus to its Customers and all the Airbus Training Centres. Our key responsibility lies in managing the course content on different platforms, releasing the training access and then maintaining the contractual numbers Supporting 250 entities with more than 15k users ensures their regular learnings are consumed seamlessly. Maintaining quality documentations for the customer and internal stake holder. Tasks and Responsibilities Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: AI : Familiarity with any AI tools for (UI development or its integration) Custom Automation: Develop, test, and deploy Google Apps Script (GAS) solutions to automate repetitive tasks between Google Sheets, Forms, Calendar, and Gmail. Web Development: Design and maintain internal Web Apps (hosted via Apps Script) to act as user interfaces for data entry or process management. Advanced Data Management: Build complex, high-performance Google Sheets ecosystems using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and Query functions. KPI & SLA Reporting: Create and manage automated dashboards (using Looker Studio or Google Sheets) to track team performance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintenance & Debugging: Proactively monitor existing scripts, troubleshoot errors, and optimize code to ensure 100% uptime for critical team tools. Quality & Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and quality control logs to ensure compliance with team standards. Contributes to strengthening the D&S governance Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (and suppliers) to facilitate and coordinate the readiness of new initiatives Accountable for planning, maintaining and reporting the assigned project roadmaps Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools Contribute to strategy definition and refinement with an end to end vision of the products’ and the Customers’ needs Ad hoc specific projects

Profil recherché

Required skills You will have some or all of the following skills and experience: An advanced degree in computer applications Autonomous, rigorous, good communicator, inquisitive, have the ability to analyze and synthesize. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Self-awareness, adaptability and networking skills to be comfortable in your interactions with management and subject matter experts Ability to develop trust and open relationships with internal stakeholders and external Partners Fluent in French and English with excellent communication (written and verbal) Comfortable with Google suite and other collaborative technologies This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
