Description de la mission

Based at the subsidiary’s head office in Antwerp, Belgium, you will play a central role in strengthening the company’s HR strategy, partnering closely with the Country Manager and the managers of the different business sectors. In parallel, you will also support the development of the company’s sustainability roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Sustainability Europe. What is B Corp? The B Corp movement encourages businesses to manage their impacts on society and the environment with as much rigor as they manage their profits. B Corp Certification is the only certification that measures a company’s entire social and environmental performance. More than a simple certification, it’s the unique opportunity for a company to rethink its business model to turn it as much as possible into a force for good. Your principal missions will be divided in four parts: 1. Employee experience support (30%) You will act as a trusted and approachable HR partner for all our teams across the Benelux — from stores and field teams to office employees. Your mission will include: • Providing clear, supportive guidance on day to day HR topics, helping teams navigate people related questions with ease. • Encouraging constructive dialogue and a solutions oriented mindset, ensuring alignment and smooth communication between employees, managers, and HR. • Being a reliable point of contact who promotes trust, transparency and mutual understanding across all departments. This role places you at the heart of the employee experience, empowering teams and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. 2. HR Transversal projects & internal communication (30%) • Take over and adapt the Group communications & campaigns (such as the mid-year and annual Performance Review, Race for Equity, Engagement Survey, etc.) • Publish the recruitment offers for Benelux, ensure the follow-up of the applications when needed, and take care of the smooth onboarding of newcomers • Transpose and update the policies on the local Onboarding Sharepoint and animate our local and global benefits (employee assistance program, sport & culture incentives, volunteering program, etc.) • Update the management team on HR news (quarterly communication) • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Benelux Ambassador: Participate in the global increased awareness of employees on DE&I topics through mailings and trainings • Learning & Development Ambassador: o Ensure that all the employees get access to our learning platform o Update the monthly training tracking • Contributing to the rollout of HR initiatives (wellbeing, learning, internal communication, people development) with a cross-Benelux scope. 3. B Corp ongoing re-certification process (10%) • Set up & implement the B Corp local Action Plan • Monitor local sustainability KPIs for B Lab audit and ESG reporting (energy, waste, water) • Attend and animate the EMEA calls and share local best practices • Communicate the achievements to the Team (monthly team meeting and internal newsletter) & animate our B Corp community 4. Support to the Head of Sustainability EMEA (30%) • EMEA-level reporting & compliance: ensuring robust and timely data collection, supporting compliance processes, and helping consolidate sustainability indicators for the region. • Communication & awareness-building: contributing to the creation and animation of engaging sustainability content (challenges, newsletters, presentations, internal campaigns), and helping foster a strong sustainability culture across teams. A solid background in HR is essential for this role, while an interest in sustainability will be considered a strong advantage. Profil recherché

As the ideal candidate you have completed a Master Degree in Human Resources or Project Management • You bring proven HR experience, allowing you to navigate change with agility and pragmatism • You have excellent organization, communication, relational and performance skills • You are rigorous and enjoy working with data • You can work independently as well as in a team • You are an expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
