Finance Assistant (H/F)

As part of the Finance team in Korea (Seoul), the VIE will support various financial activities in an international industrial environment. The position offers broad exposure to financial operations, including reporting, controlling, and coordination with operational teams. Main responsibilities include: • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis. Support budget monitoring and variance analysis. Contribute to reporting tools and dashboards (Excel / Power BI). • Controlling & Business Support: Support controlling activities and interaction with operational teams. Assist in cost tracking and performance monitoring. Participate in financial data consolidation and analysis. • Cash & Financial Operations: Support cash monitoring and basic treasury-related activities. Assist in bank reconciliation and financial data verification. Contribute to improving cash flow visibility. • Process Improvement & Coordination: Assist in documenting and improving finance processes. Support coordination between Finance, Sales, and Operations teams. Participate in internal projects and process optimization initiatives. This position provides a strong learning experience in finance, controlling, and business analysis within an international context.
