Description de la mission

As a Methods Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing and production methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in: • Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement using lean methodologies and industrial engineering techniques • Supporting the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent quality and efficiency • Collaborating with production teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot manufacturing issues • Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization • Participating in continuous improvement projects and contributing to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles • Supporting the documentation and standardization of best practices across manufacturing operations • Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and training materials for production staff

Profil recherché

Engineering degree (Master's level) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering environments • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques • Familiarity with production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control processes • Experience with CAD software and production management systems is a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
