Description de la mission
As a Financial Performance & Analyses Officer, you will follow-up and monitor the business performance of the company’s financial and operational performance, in close collaboration with our Operations and Management team. Besides this, you will have close collaboration with finance professionals in other finance departments.
You will be responsible for ensuring relevant reporting within agreed deadlines, and you will help develop, streamline and optimize internal processes, as well as providing a bridge between Operations and Finance.
In addition, your work tasks include:
- Prepare and manage operational, financial and analytical performance reporting, on a monthly and quarterly basis, to our owner’s and internal stakeholders.
- Anchor in analyses and controls during quarterly closings, securing a correct PnL.
- Understanding and reporting on main drivers of performance and evolution vs last year, budget and forecasts.
- Analyses and KPI-reporting following quarterly closing.
- Managing the budget and forecast processes (in collaboration with BC colleagues).
- Ad-hoc analyses and requests.
- Key user of BI reports.
- Prepare financial board meeting presentations.
You will be located in our Danish office in Field’s Shopping center together with Finance team.

Profil recherché
You have a degree in Business and Administration, practical experience with business controlling.
You have experience with complex financial tasks, good analytical sense, strong business acumen and not least, the ability to connect the dots between financial and operational performance. You also understand international business and financial management.
You are proactive and independent and want to develop and optimize processes and workflows.
In particular:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, and preferably with SAP experience.
- Business-minded.
- Strong communicator.
- Analytical.
- Curious.
- Have a good business sense and a good overview.
- Independent, dynamic, and adaptable.
- Dedicated, professional and a good team player.
