Description de la mission

Fleet Operations & Asset Coordination Support the full lifecycle of company cars, laptops, smartphones, and related digital devices. Coordinate mobile subscriptions, internet services, and parking allocations. Contribute to standardized processes for procurement, allocation, maintenance, and renewal of all fleet categories. Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor contracts, and local regulations. Team Collaboration Work closely with a team of fleet coordinators/administrators to achieve operational goals. Contribute to objective tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimization & Performance Tracking Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor fleet usage, costs, and service levels. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, automation, and operational improvement. Participate in projects focused on digitization, simplification, and automation of fleet workflows. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Serve as a point of contact for internal users, ensuring a customer-first support approach. Coordinate with external suppliers such as leasing providers, telecom operators, IT vendors, and parking providers. Follow up on contract execution and report issues when necessary. Automation & Digitalization Use tools like Antigravity, N8N, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar platforms to automate processes and enhance reporting. Contribute to initiatives that digitalize fleet requests, approvals, and usage tracking.

Profil recherché

Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet operations, procurement, IT asset coordination, or similar roles. Proven experience handling multiple asset categories (cars and/or digital devices preferred). Experience with budgeting and vendor collaboration. Knowledge of IT asset lifecycles or telecom environments. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions based on data. Practical experience in process automation (PowerApps, Power Automate, or similar no-code/low-code tools). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English.
