Description de la mission

Airbus Training Services is a worldwide network of Training Centres and Flight Schools, dedicated to providing comprehensive, competency-based training for Commercial Aircraft operators, to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operations We are looking for a highly motivated person to drive the efficiency and smooth delivery of our training operations at the Airbus Training Centre in Korea, coordinating stakeholders and leading key process optimization initiatives. Your main tasks will include:  Coordinate the Training Operations in our Training Centre in Korea ensuring smooth delivery of the training demand from our local customer. Support the development of standardized training programs, document control and production of technical training materials with the support of the Airbus Korea Fleet Standards Managers Ensure efficient communication between all different stakeholders involved in the Training Operations in Korea (final customer, instructors, planning team, .) Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (and suppliers) to facilitate and coordinate the readiness of new initiatives Contribute to establish and monitor department KPIs (e.g compliance, efficiency)  Identify and implement new IT solutions to support the daily operations of Airbus Korea Report progress on internal training projects (Risks and Opportunities, Sustainability initiatives...)

Profil recherché

Required skills  You have the following skills and experience:  An advanced degree in aeronautics, industrial engineering or other relevant field; in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: Strong project management skills, you are able to establish priorities and align team members on priorities; Rigorous, Critical Thinking, and synthesis capacity Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when required Curious and proactive person with a great sense of initiative and integrity Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Self-awareness, adaptability and networking skills to be comfortable in your interactions with management and subject matter experts Ability to develop trust and open relationships with internal stakeholders and external Partners Fluent in English with excellent communication (written and verbal), Ability to speak Korean would be an advantage. Comfortable with Google suite and other collaborative technologies Ability to develop Google APPSHEET code applications or learn how too, to support internal ATO projects.
