Description de la mission

Job Description: The core responsibility is to provide comprehensive, high-quality support for decision-making and daily management, while acting as an important coordinator to drive the smooth implementation of transversal HR initiatives and projects. This position requires exceptional organisational and coordination skills, proactive thinking, and a high level of confidentiality. The role will act as a bridge within internal HR Operation functions, driving process optimization and efficiency improvements within the HR Operations team. Your main tasks will include: Prepare for various meetings (including HR team meetings, business reviews, management meetings), prepare meeting materials, draft meeting minutes, and track the follow-up on action items. Follow up on action plans derived from HRBP’s communications with business units to ensure closure. Regularly extract and clean data from HR systems, provide qualitative analysis and raise any risks to different reports ( absenteeism, E&C training, completion, time management etc...). Prepare standardized HR reports, dashboards, or presentations to support decision making. Assist in organizing and facilitating the administrative support for the HR cycle campaigns. Act as a core collaborator for projects such as “Airbus Operations Center” project or other related projects. Assist in planning and coordinating HR related events, training sessions, or cultural initiatives for the team. Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the department, assisting the Head in driving other minor process optimization initiatives. Handle HR team administrative coordination, budget tracking and documentation.

Profil recherché

Your boarding pass: You have the following skills and experience: Education: Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in HRBP, HR Shared Services Center or Project Management. In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: Project Management: proficient in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data Analysis: proficient in using tools for data consolidation, analysis and visualization. Problem-Solving: strong logical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to foresee risks and propose mitigation plans. Team Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and/or project management software. Language Skills: Advanced level of English
