Description de la mission
The COO of Amundi Iberia is in charge of the good running of Operations: Client Services, Middle Office, Finance, Legal, Risks, supported by local teams (around 14 staff) or through subcontracting of services in the case of HR, IT and Facilities.
Support the COO in the governance and organizational aspects :
- Participate in the preparation of various committees or internal meetings, and coordinate meetings agendas and minutes for both internal or outsourced activities
- Assist the COO in the follow-up of transversal projects in coordination with local / international teams, as well as day-to-day action plans for all the teams reporting to COO
- Prepare project management and operational dashboards to allow an efficient reporting to management
- Prepare or update ad hoc PowerPoint presentations
- Support the COO in the preparation of documentation for internal audit, external audits, Boards of Directors, Management Committee, Finance - Management control, etc…
- Support the COO in the analysis and implementation of any group process / procedure / requirement / guideline, locally for Amundi Iberia and assist in the update of local procedures where required
- Support the COO in the deliverables in the context of audit missions, centralizing the audit recommendations implementation follow up (action plan, timetables, etc…) across the entity
- Process automation and operational efficiency:
- Take the lead on some process reviews with a focus on automation and implementation of RPA across all teams, in coordination with the team of Amundi Milan
- Centralise the formalization of processes through the automated tool
- Contribute to the implementation of artificial intelligence in Amundi Iberia, taking active part in the group AI community
Profil recherché
Experience required:
- Previous experience in Financial Services (audit, finance, operations, IT) would be a plus
Specialization:
- Engineer or Business school

-Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge or interest in learning about process automation tools (ex: UiPath) and AI technologies
