As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment. Main Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Company’s Management, your responsibilities will include: • Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability) • Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions • Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions • Deliver actionable insights to top management • Act as a business partner for operational teams • Identify opportunities to optimize financial and operational processes Profile • You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering • You already had a first experience in finance, audit, or controlling • You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive • You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments • You are comfortable with Excel and curious about BI tools • You speak English and Spanish fluently (C1) Conditions • Contract: VIE (International Corporate Volunteer Program) • Location: Madrid or Barcelona • Duration: 24 months • Start date: As soon as possible • International environment with direct exposure to management Why Join Us? • Direct exposure to company leadership and strategic decisions • Real impact from day one (no “shadow work”) • Unique mix of Finance + Data + AI environment • Fast career growth in a high-growth company • Strong learning curve with real responsibilities • Opportunity to join permanently after the VIE
