Description de la mission
You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions within the Scrum teams. Your role will involve developing new features, improving existing applications, and collaborating with peers to ensure our software portfolio continues to evolve efficiently and reliably. Depending on your experience, you may also mentor junior developers and share your expertise to strengthen the team’s overall capabilities.
Profil recherché
• More than 3 years of experience as a Java software developer
• Strong expertise in core Java and the Java-based technology stack
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Hibernate, Spring, JavaScript, PL/SQL/SQL, relational databases, and jQuery
• Interest in Open Source technologies
• Practical experience with Angular is a plus
• Familiarity with industrialized software development practices and tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, Nexus, JUnit, refactoring, CI/CD, Docker deployment)
• Proven ability to write and test high-quality software using object-oriented principles
• Basic web design skills to complement core programming abilities
• Agile mindset: collaborative, supportive, willing to mentor, intellectually humble, and eager to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus
