The position We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager Junior to join the business development of the Airbus Training Services worldwide. The Business Development Manager is a critical, cross-functional role responsible for accelerating market adoption and revenue growth by bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy. This position drives business development initiatives, provides deep technical support for the Sales team, and collaborates with Marketing and Offering & Pricing to ensure offers are technically accurate and market-relevant. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical professional seeking to significantly expand their commercial and strategic leadership skills. What you’ll do Business Development Act as relay of intelligence between business line and other organizations Support the business development team for new partnerships: discussion, presentation, business case, commercial offer, contract For the portfolio under Training Services Commercial scope e.g. Cooperation and Partnerships, support Business Development and Commercial teams to identify prospects based on several intelligence channels and activate the sales teams worldwide accordingly Coordinate business line involvement as and when required to build offers and related tools Provide business line consolidated position for its deliverables (technical offer scope, scalability, early adopters programme, …) in line with the Go-To-Market process Ensure services readiness in line with the strategic roadmap of the business line Coordinate and support contractual activities, ensure commercial terms are in line with the global Airbus training strategy, the business line capabilities and constraints Coordination with Marketing and Offering & Pricing Contribute to the Market Requirement Dossiers chaneling customer needs identified by the BL to the Marketing organization to understand their pain points and how Airbus can best answer the requests. For complex offers: Coordinate with the technical teams to build the technical offers and help build the commercial offers that are the most adapted to each customer, in close partnership with Offering & Pricing and the commercial teams (Commercial Account Directors, Commercial Directors - Training Services, Marketing , Go-To-Market approval) Provide technical expertise to support commercial teams with technical and commercial presentations to Customers (Airlines, MROs, Flying Schools, …). This includes supporting customer presentations and negotiations, off site or in site Provide regular reporting on the activities participating with the various Regional Sales Drumbeat and Close Down Meetings

Profil recherché

You are an ambitious self-starter willing to deliver commercial successes in close partnership with customers. An understanding of training Services, either within or outside Airbus, in flight and/or maintenance training Ability to engage in commercial negotiations and secure contractual commitments in line with the overall programme strategy Good business acumen, ability to take initiatives Ability to conduct Market Analysis Good English level required. Any other language is a plus. Candidate would hold a master’s degree or equivalent in business/commercial, with potentially experience in sales and/or business development and/or contract negotiation and/or marketing supporting sales. This role might involve travel.
