*** Join our teams mobilized to meet the challenge of accelerating electrification! At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy. The site of Atsugi-shi based in Japan belongs to POWER Division. We are looking for a VIE Site Production System Engineer for 24 months within the team. Your challenges? -You will promote operational excellence by implementing digital solutions (MES, QCDM) and managing performance portals. -You will ensure site standardization through V5000 monitoring, 5S/TPM audits, and specialized training. -You will support Kaizen activities and workshops to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and the efficiency of field staff.

Profil recherché

Let’s talk about you… -You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field with a focus on Lean Manufacturing. -You already have experience in manufacturing environment, with exposure to Lean Methodologies, Production Standards, or Industrial Digitalization Projects (ideally in the automotive industry) -You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Japanese -You have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking -You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy -You have strong leadership and communication skills to lead workshops and train diverse teams. -You are proficient in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and digital dashboards (QCDM) -You have expertise in Lean: practical knowledge of VSA, TPM, 5S, and SMED methods.
