Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O’Rourke, two of Europe’s most dynamic engineering and construction specialists, are working together in a joint venture named BYLOR to deliver the main civil engineering works at Hinkley Point C (HPC) worth over £2.8 billion. Civil engineering surveyor positions are now available with Bylor at HPC. We are expanding our capabilities by forming a new survey team to operate in parallel with our existing function, and we are seeking experienced engineering surveyors to support the delivery of one of Europe’s largest and most complex civil engineering and nuclear projects. This represents a unique and exciting new scope for Bylor, independent from our main site activities, offering you the chance to play a key role in the success of this landmark project. Key Responsabilities: Preventive maintenance organization: • Plan and organize preventive maintenance for the 58 tower cranes across the different platforms, every 4 weeks. • Create and manage the maintenance schedule in the GMAO. • Ensure that the work orders are properly completed and closed after each intervention. Management of third-party inspections: • Organize and schedule visits by third-party organizations for the 58 tower cranes, at variable frequency (between 1 and 6 months depending on requirements). • Track the interventions and their reports in the GMAO. Follow-up of actions resulting from inspections: • Prepare a list of tasks to be performed during preventive maintenance following observations from third-party inspections or internal preventive visits. • Prioritize and schedule these corrective or preventive actions. Management of spare parts and VTS: • Manage the procurement of spare parts required for preventive maintenance and identified corrective actions. • Manage Visual Task Sheets (VTS) related to his activities. Management of subcontracting: • Book and monitor subcontractor teams for interventions, when necessary. • Manage “pick tickets” in the GMAO: • Handle pick tickets (preparation/requisition orders for parts) in relation to his maintenance activities. Coordination and planning: • Organize and lead regular meetings with the site manager to plan upcoming interventions.

Your Profile: - Bac +5 - Previous experience in a similar role - Good level in English - Interest in construction.
