Description de la mission
A VIE opportunity for a HR analyst and project manager has arisen within Airbus Atlantic in Santo Tirso - Portugal .
Your MissionWorking closely with the HR Director and the local HR team, you will support the "HR Data & Digital" roadmap for the plant across three main pillars:
1. HR reporting & analytics
● Dashboarding: Design, develop, and maintain automated HR dashboards (Power BI / Gsheet) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount evolution, and recruitment lead times/progress.
● Data Storytelling: Analyze trends, and provide meaningful insights to the HR team and support action plan definition.
2. HR excellence : Process optimization & digitalization
● Tool Deployment: Assist in the implementation and optimization of Airbus Group HR digital tools and systems (time management upgrade, recruitment tools, competency evaluation…)
● Process Automation: Identify manual HR tasks and propose digital solutions (low-code tools, RPA, or improved workflows) to increase team efficiency.
● Process : support deployment of HR Airbus Atlantic procedure into Airbus Atlantic Portugal
3. Strategic HR Projects
● Compensation & Benefits: Support the annual salary review process & bonus campaign by providing data & gsheet framework.
● HR improvement on on-boarding, employer branding…
Profil recherché
Required Skills
● Education: Master’s degree, Data Science, Business Intelligence, with a strong interest in Human Resources.
● Technical Skills:
○ Advanced proficiency in Gsuite
○ Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a major plus.
○ Comfort with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
● Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, curiosity, rigour, and the ability to translate complex data into clear presentation. You are proactive and enjoy working in a multicultural environment. You are flexible in adapting to variety of tasks and projects.
● Languages: French: Fluent (required for group coordination).
○ English: B2 level minimum (Cambridge Certificate or equivalent).
○ Portuguese: A strong asset to facilitate local integration
