Growth Marketing Officer [F/M/X] (H/F)

Lead outbound campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline for sales: scraping, data enrichment, email copywriting, campaign launch, reporting. Define objectives, execute, track, and report. Ensure leads identified are well contacted and convert into new customers. Document processes continuously. Collaborate closely with teammates from different functions such as international growth manager, marketing, sales. Use and improve our current stack to achieve objectives. Create dashboards and reports to track campaign success and prove ROI. Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to manage the setting and tracking of campaign

Experience in outbound activities (minimum 3 years). Knowledge of scraping techniques. Experience with generative AI tools. Academic background: marketing or related field. French fluent. English fluent. Curiosity and eagerness to test new tools. Analytical mindset, actions always based on reporting. Experience building email sequences end-to-end. Business oriented. You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
