Description de la mission
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
As User Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on marketing actions to drive customer acquisition for Gameloft cross-platform games. You will be responsible for advertising on performance UA channels and optimizing to reach the target return on investment.
What it means on a daily basis
Plan, execute, and analyse user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
Optimise creatives’ performance based on data-driven approach
Communicate clearly to Senior UA management the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives
What success will look like
Within the first 3 months, you will understand performance marketing for games from A to Z. Over the following 6 months, you will become independent in managing it.
Who you would be working with
You will work closely with two UA Managers and report to our UA Director.
Your recruitment journey
First Interview: HR screening (30 min) : Discuss your background, motivations, and overall fit for the role.
Test (1 week): A case study or practical task relevant to the role, designed to assess your skills and approach
Second Interview (1 hour) : Team interview with the two UA Managers to discuss your experience, ways of working, and how you collaborate within a team.
Final Interview (1 hour): Interview with the hiring manager to assess overall fit and confirm alignment with the role and team.

Profil recherché
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Initial experience in managing digital marketing or UA campaigns, ideally within the gaming or app industry
Strong analytical skills with experience using third-party tracking tools (MMPs such as Singular, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and/or analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and/or strong command of MS Office tools for reporting and analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a proactive mindset
