Tech/Sales Position for Reservoir Simulation software solutions Amarile® is an innovative company helping reservoir engineers speed up and improve the quality of their field dynamic simulation workflow. The company was founded in 2006 and has been constantly growing since, based on the development of its key software solution RE-Studio®. Our founding principle, enjoy engineering with a smart working environment for Reservoir engineers, has taken AMARILE all over the world, from Europe to North and South America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. AMARILE is recruiting a Technical Solution Expert in Reservoir Engineering to become a key member in AMARILE sales team based in Houston, Texas. Job details – The successful candidate will take part in technical sales on his/her zone, being responsible for both the technical and commercial aspects of the role. - Technical aspect of the mission: Become a technical expert on how to use the RE-Studio environment & any other Amarile products. Work closely with Reservoir Engineers in order to understand the customer's specific needs, workflows and challenges. Demonstrate the technical products sold by Amarile during customer’s presentations. Up-sell and leverage business relations from new and established customer relationships Provide Reservoir Engineering expertise on new challenges such as CCS, Unconventional, deep offshore, field development planning. Potentially lead small projects on reservoir engineering topics relevant to the customers, in order to demonstrate AMARILE’s software value proposition. - Commercial aspect of the mission: Working closely with the Sales Manager defining identifying prospects & new business opportunities Gathering market research and customer information Presenting Amarile’s software, and making pre-sales demos Closing new deals, renewing and increasing existing clients on the allocated zone Carrying out customer’s service and providing their feedbacks

Profil recherché

- Qualifications for the Position Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir engineering or equivalent Proven interest and knowledge in Reservoir Simulation Proven experience using Eclipse (must-have); IX, CMG, Gap and/or tNav would be a plus Knowledge of reservoir simulation, CCS, material balance, DCA, PVT, Experimental design, History match Real interest in selling technology and interacting with the clients (Experience in selling technology is a plus) Strong motivation; excellent analytic and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results. Experience in Unconventional assets is a plus Proficiency in English is a must. French and/or spanish is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international environment are of the essence. Autonomy; the successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of multi-cultural teams in contact with an extensive client base The successful candidate must be action oriented, have a strong client focus and work ethics - Requirements- The successful candidate: Is a team player and able to work effectively within a multicultural working environment. Has the ability to engage and develop relationships at all levels within an organization, leveraging his experience and network in the Energy Industry. Has to be of complete integrity, able to quickly develop trust and confidence within the client base and the wider GCA environment. Is a conceptual thinker, and attentive to details nevertheless, able to produce high quality work product autonomously. Is results-oriented and time sensitive- able to assure completion of client deliverables within a set time frame. Is willing to contribute to the growth strategy of the company.
