Artificial Intelligence Officer (H/F)

The candidate helps analyze business needs, develop AI tools, automate tasks, and support teams. You will be responsible for: AI and Automation o Needs analysis: collect team requirements and propose tailored AI solutions. o Tool development: design and improve AI assistants to increase efficiency. o Automation and support: automate repetitive tasks, document solutions, and assist users. o Technology watch: contribute to evaluating AI solutions and tracking technical requirements. We expect results in: o High-quality deliverables: produce analyses, meeting notes, and clear documentation for business and technical needs. o Successful implementation: contribute to AI and automation projects, from analysis to deployment. o Homogeneous services: help standardize tools and practices across all sites and teams. o Security: apply data protection, access, and automation best practices. Technical skills • Good level in Python, Langchain, FastAPI, MCP servers, and interest in AI and automation. • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Docker environments is a plus. • Fluency in English is an advantage. • A good understanding of industrial contexts is a plus. Soft skills • Ability to adapt and support change in diverse environments. • Strong focus on user experience and ease of use. • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork mindset, and strong sense of service.
