At our Madrid site, more than 500 people work every day to remain leaders in sealing systems for the automotive industry. We are currently looking for a Development Technician VIE to join our Human Resources area. Your function Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (approval from hiring managers, job postings, screening of applications, interviewing candidates, presenting shortlisted profiles, and follow-up with managers) using an internal recruitment tool - Conduct proactive sourcing when necessary, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter - Propose and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes - Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies for contingent workforce needs Onboarding - Support and participate in the onboarding process for new employees - Collaborate with the wider group on international onboarding programs (internships, apprenticeships, and VIE assignments) Internal Communication - Promote and develop the company’s internal communication strategy using all available channels (Intranet, TV screens, internal applications, etc.), ensuring effective information flow across all levels of the organization and strengthening employees’ sense of belonging - Propose new ideas and visual concepts to enhance internal communication initiatives Training - Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and contribute to the implementation and management of technical training programs within the company

Profil recherché

Education: Degree or Master’s level qualification in Human Resources Languages: Spanish and English – B2 level Experience: Initial experience in Human Resources (internship or apprenticeship) IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel Soft Skills: Adaptability, responsiveness, proactive mindset, creativity, autonomy, and flexibility
