Description de la mission

A VIE for a Field Service Business Operations & Digital Transformation has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Airbus North America in Herndon. You will join the Field Service North America Team. The Field Service Teams provide the primary interface with Customers for Customer Services subjects to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and Safe Operation. Field Service Teams ensure to build a relationship of trust and a successful partnership with the Customer by being the frontline contact within the station In their daily work, Field Service Teams promote & protect the Airbus image. Field Service Teams are the frontline contact with our Customers in case of technical issues. They assist the airline with AOG & incident inquiries They play a major role in solving problems before growing in scope and becoming sensitive subjects. VIE Field Service Business Operations & Digital Transformation Assistant are also Supporting the Field Service Director for the region management and digitalisation. Your main tasks will include but not limited to: Customer Support: Working within the HUBWAS Field Service Team, to support the Customers technically and continue to build the relation with our customers. Develop Tools and KPIs: Supporting the Field Service Director to continue the digitalization of the region by leading projects to Create performance Dashboard and index trackers (SalesForce, Skywise). Regional Organization Support: Support Customer Service regional organization, Customer Support, Fleet performance and efficiency. This role might involve some travel for business within the USA and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills You have the following skills and experience: Bachelor or Master degree in the aeronautics field IT tools Google Ecosystem Social Skill Adaptability/Flexibility Proactivity Language Skills: Intermediate/advanced level of English.
