Junior Legal Counsel (H/F)

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel under VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program to join our international Legal Department. The ideal candidate is autonomous, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments. A strong interest in technology and the use of AI tools for legal work is essential. Main Responsibilities Compliance (Global) Support Group-wide compliance programs (Sapin II, GDPR, sustainability obligations). Participate in third‑party due diligence processes. Contribute to drafting and updating compliance questionnaires, internal policies and compliance training materials. Assist with ongoing monitoring and compliance reporting. Corporate Governance / Corporate Law Prepare and formalize shareholders’ meetings and powers of attorney for multiple jurisdictions. Maintain and update corporate records of Graitec Group entities. Coordinate with local advisors and registries when necessary. Contract Law & Negotiation Draft, review, and negotiate operational contracts including NDAs, service agreements, software license agreements, and partner/supplier agreements. Provide pragmatic legal support to internal stakeholders. Help improve contract templates and internal processes. Intellectual Property Support global IP matters (copyright, trademarks, licensing). Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on software licensing matters. Cross-Functional Legal Support Contribute to legal knowledge management and process improvement. Provide business‑oriented and practical advice to operational teams.

Education & Experience Master’s degree in Law. 2 years of experience in a legal department or law firm, ideally in an international and/or tech‑oriented environment. Experience in compliance, corporate law and IP matters is appreciated. Skills & Competencies Autonomous, structured, and able to work under pressure and with short deadlines. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment. Hands‑on, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented. Passion for technology and strong interest in AI tools applied to legal work. Technical Skills Solid command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Curiosity for legal tech tools and automation. Languages French: native or fluent. English: fluent. Spanish: appreciated.
