Description de la mission
This position will act as Research Associate within the Analytical Department with the following missions:
• Support Nutrition products under development by generating stability studies data in the laboratory
• Participate, upon needs, to other activities like exploratory, feasibility or methods validations and transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct technical investigations
Main analytical techniques used will be HPLC, UPLC and GC.
Role and responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing in the laboratory to support stability studies and other development activities upon need
- Document results in Electronic Laboratory Notebook according to established GDP procedures
- Collaborate with other functions such as project management, functional leads,…
- Contribute to problems solving efforts to meet urgent business needs / maintain timeline
- Adhere to Quality System requirements and ensure GMP and GDP standards; also adhere to general and specific environmental, health and safety guidelines
- Contribute to the creation and update of the equipment and analytical procedures, participate to the ordering of necessary material, reagent or equipment pieces
- Maintain Laboratory materials and equipment as directed and in a good operating order
Profil recherché
- Good knowledge in analytical chemistry
- Experience in chromatography is a plus
- Communication skills, able to present technical results/plans to technical and non-technical teams
- Can work in a team environment and demonstrate an inclusive attitude.
- Personal responsibility and independent ownership of analysis and results.
- Ability to identify technical issues thanks to critical mindset
- Scientific curiosity & honesty
- Must be able to challenge the status quo and to demonstrate a pro-active attitude
- A good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and cGxP practice
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Read and written English is a must. French or English spoken.
