Description de la mission
You will be in charge of the whole retail portfolio with air and sea shipments, counting for an average of 25 TEU monthly and over hundred SKUs with weekly air shipments. You will have a central role with daily communications with Retail Sales Team, HK CS Team, CS and ADC in France and Australia, HK warehouses and logistics partners (3PL).
Planning
• Replenish the stock following
• Order lead-time and transit time
• Container optimization and maximum load
• Past and future sales forecast, buffer stock
• Stock on hand and future OOS or risk of wastage
Forecast
• Participate in monthly forecast meeting with GM, Sales retail manager and Regional Supply Chain
• Daily update of forecast file with maintenance: accurate information and formulas
Orders Management
• Daily update of our follow-up files for any shortage or delay
• Inform relevant parties and anamyse the situation: risks, options
• Invoice orders upon arrival following Group price
• Declare the goods with FEHD and proceed with inspection when necessary
• Declare the cargo with Tradelink
Logistic and warehousing
• Lodge and follow-up cost of sea and air shipments (inbound management)
• Participate in monthly stock take
• Manage stock transfer between our warehouses to maximize our service level
ERP Navision
• Creation and update of item code in Navision
• Stock adjustments
• Invoicing and credit note
Profil recherché
BACKGROUND:
Planning department and or Logistics and CS experience (min 2 years).
HARD AND SOFT SKILLS:
International Business (logistics, incoterms etc.), Excel, curious and hard-working person with good analytical skills.
