Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in Croatia, working for Servier Adriatic Cluster.
Description of the mission:
As part of the Servier Adriatic HR team, the V.I.E HR Associate will support regional HR activities with a strong focus on Internal Communications across 6 Adriatic countries.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain international HR experience while contributing to employee engagement, corporate culture, and communication alignment in a multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities:
HR Support activities
Support regional HR projects and initiatives (Culture & Engagement, CSR, People management – performance & development, HR policies)
Assist with HR reporting and presentations
Support onboarding and integration communication for new hires
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
Internal Communication
Support the design and deployment of the internal communication strategy for Servier Adriatic
Coordinate and create content for internal communication channels (emails, podcast, video, reel, newsletters, intranet, digital platforms, presentations)
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across the 6 countries
Support communication around HR initiatives (engagement surveys, training programs, wellbeing initiatives, employer branding)
Assist in organizing regional internal events (town halls, webinars, workshops, campaigns)
Liaise with local HR teams and key stakeholders to gather content and align communication needs
Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements
Profil recherché
Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or final year of studies)
Specialization: Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Management, or related field
Field of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Corporate / Internal Communication, Management or Social Sciences
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Experience required:
• First professional experience (internship, apprenticeship, project work) in HR, Communication, or Internal Communication is an advantage
• International or multicultural environment exposure is a plus
• Experience in internal communications, employer branding, or HR projects is appreciated
Computer skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Comfortable with digital communication tools (intranet, collaboration platforms, newsletters)
• Basic knowledge of design or communication tools (e.g. Canva) is a plus
