Description de la mission

CONTEXT The Industrial Engineer coordinates OPmobility process developments on industrial projects to reach defined performances targets: Quality / Cost / Delivery and industrial performance. In contact with both external and internal stakeholders, this role is key to ensure the quality of the developed process by respecting quality referential. RESPONSIBILITIES • Team work with other members of the project team in order to reach project targets • Dispatch project information to the plants and enhance actions / participation with plant persons • Define and optimize the process with expertise support from global functions • Write Process Specification file (flow, principles, assets…) • Write specification files for specific assets directly piloted by the Process Engineer • Define planning schedule with the project manager and industrial department • Monitor the plant industrial scheme capacity calculation and forecast trials, combine to RFQ for new projects. • Set capacity analysis • Lead for studying, realizing, tuning up and installing the assets in the plants. • Coordinate the actions of assistants in order to respect the Process Specification file. • Measure risks and deviation and take the initiative to respond to deviation (Quality / Cost / Delivery) • Ensure that the customer and the plants validate the process • Define and prepare the plant training schedule with the support of the Manufacturing Excellence department

Profil recherché

• Engineering master's degree (Mechanics, Automation or similar) • First successful experience industrial environment • Strong problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills mindset • Experience in transformation and finishing processes of plastic material • Knowledge in production flow management and workshop layouts • Fluent in English. Japanese language skill is preferable. • Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Access and Project. • Ability to maintain working relationship with internal and external customers. • Problem solver, quick analysis and synthesis mind • Proven ability in a team environment, especially in intercultural settings. • Ability to work with and trip to overseas plants and suppliers
