Industrial Performance Engineer (H/F)

CONTEXT OPMobility is looking for a VIE to support the implementation of the OPm Manufacturing Excellence Organization & Industrial organization within the OPm MODULES Business Group (deployment of the Manufacturing system, Lean Manufacturing Excellence OPm transversal tools & initiatives, Capex governance) MISSIONS Under the lead of the Manufacturing Excellence Manager  Support the implementation of the Manufacturing System for Modules Business Group (prepare the standards based on the Group Offer, prepare the training kit and plan, support the deployment plan (at least in the European pilot plants)  Support the implementation of the Bridge to Excellence continuous improvement methodology (supporting documentation, data collection and analysis, action plan, reporting…)  Maintain the IPIs (Industrial Performance Indicators) roadmap (reporting, creation of the new IPIs, automation of the data collection…)  Support Lean culture across plants and the structuration of the network  Benchmark and share best practices between regions and plants to accelerate performance convergence. Under the lead Global Industrial Director  Support the governance of the capex (data collection and update process, reporting to finance, categorization, develop tools to support the analysis)  Coordinate the introduction of the new Group Finance capex management tool.  Support the deployment of the OP Excellence Handbook across all Business Groups. Globally contribute to the digital transformation of the scope using Power BI, PowerApps, and new digital technologies.

Engineering Degree (Master) including Continuous Improvement, Industrial and digital skills. First experience in an industrial company preferred (automotive, assembly). Capacity to work with an international team, good communication skill. Interested to travel (at least Eastern Europe : Germany, Hungary, Slovakia) Good knowledge of Excel. Competencies/basics of Power BI is a plus. Fluent in English (working language). German and/or Spanish is a plus.
