Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I. E’s, for our subsidiary in Ireland. Description of the mission: Reporting to the Training Lead, the Learning & Development (L&D) Projects Co-Ordinator is responsable for aligning learning strategies with business needs across the site. This role ensures training compliance, drives a strong learning culture, and supports both operational training and long-term employee development. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating training activities, and partnering with internal, external and corprate stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions. Key responsibilities will include: Learning Strategy & Business Alignment Align training initiatives with organisational and operational goals. Contribute to the development and execution of the site-wide L&D strategy. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes and delivery. Lead and support L&D-related projects across the site. For example, ‘Excellence through People’, ‘FDA audits’ and ‘IDA Grants’. Training Compliance Ensure all training activities meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA standards). Drive and monitor training compliance across the site. Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate training records and documentation. Provide evidence for compliance-related initiatives, including grant support (e.g., IDA requirements). Learning Systems & Digital Innovation Manage and optimise Learning Management Systems, to maximise user engagement and effectiveness. Create, develop, and promote e-Learning. Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning through digital platforms. Operational Training Delivery Coordinate, schedule, and administer training activities across the site. Deliver and facilitate classroom and blended learning solutions aligned with business needs. Support onboarding for new employees. Track, manage, and report on training completion. Development & Talent Growth Support department heads to assess ongoing and future skills requirements. Source and manage external training providers where necessary. Act as a key link between employees, management, and training providers to ensure successful delivery of training plans.

Profil recherché

Educational background: Degree level qualification in HR, Learning & Development or relevant discipline. Specialization: 1 years’ experience in a training role within a busy, team based, operational environment. Experience / knowledge of design and delivery of training materials, training content / courses. Field of study: HR / Learning and Development / Learning Content Languages: Fluent English Experience required: Experience as a Learning & Development / Training professional within the manufacturing sector – ideally pharmaceuticals or medical devices is desirable. Strong understanding of training compliance, preferably within a regulated environment (e.g., GMP/FDA). Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and building a learning culture. Computer skills: Office, Learning Management Systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, (Articulate Storyline 360 ideal)
