You will be in charge of opening new customer accounts: Build and establish your list of target customers, Develop your own customer portfolio via email, phone and social networks, Prospection, Present the solution to the different targets and have it adopted, Collaborate with growth team in order to identify potential cross-selling opportunities in your customer portfolio. 2. Community acquisition and customer account growth: You will develop your own community of external partners to address your customers’ requirements and grow your business scope: Activate, develop and retain a community of partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment firms, staffing agencies, partners, etc), Ensure the match between the requirements of your customers and the providers’ proposals (from recruitment to payment), Maintain a good business relationship with your partners and your customers, Follow all current projects in your scope, Manage the financial aspect of your profit Centre.

Profil recherché

Candidate Profile ✔️ Top academic background with a Master’s degree ✔️ Fluent in English and Dutch ✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, account development, and consulting or service-oriented environments ✔️ Proven experience in direct expanding team ✔️ A true intrapreneur mindset, motivated by the challenge of driving LittleBig Connection’s growth in a new country ✔️ Results-oriented and driven by success ✔️ Excellent communication skills ✔️ Strong execution skills and the ability to get things done ✔️ Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus to improve day-to-day productivity
