Daily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc) Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation Analysis and correction of production incidents Processing assistance requests from ADOC users Analysis and correction of production incidents Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, estimate of loads, design and development, application verification and acceptance support) Design and development of changes to the ADOC documentary workflow Reporting and monitoring of product bugs with the KOFAX publisher Daily reporting for the businesses (stock present in the tool at the end of the day, stock depth, flow processed by the teams) with explanation of the differences Modelling of structured documents to improve the RAD / LAD rate Analysis of RAD / LAD statistics collected with the INSIGHT component and proposal for areas for improvement
