To support our expansion in Singapore, we are looking for our future Junior HR Business Partner under a V.I.E contract. Reporting to Everal, HR Manager for our Singapore site, you will act as the HR Partner for a strategic scope of approximately 200 employees with diverse profiles. Your mission? Translating business challenges into human success stories. Your daily challenges: Business Partnering: You serve as a key partner to managers, supporting them through organizational challenges, leadership development, and maintaining a positive social climate. Talent Management & Growth: You lead annual campaigns, manage training plans, and orchestrate recruitment (both internal and external) to attract the top talent in the semiconductor industry. Employee Experience: You are the primary point of contact for our teams. From onboarding to annual reviews, you ensure an exceptional employee journey. Cross-functional Projects: Because Soitec moves fast, you will actively participate in optimizing our HR processes and deploying innovative projects across the site. In short: You won't just be doing administration; you will be helping build the factory of the future in one of the most dynamic environments in the world.

Profil recherché

Requirements & qualifications : Educational Background: You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier Business School, Engineering School, or University, with a specialization in Human Resources or International Business. Initial Experience: You have a first successful experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, ideally within an industrial or high-tech environment. Soft Skills: You are agile, results-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders. Language: As you will be working in a multicultural hub, a fluent level of English is mandatory. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and agile young HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, eager to grow in a demanding international and high-tech environment. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, the candidate has gained initial HR experience through internships or apprenticeships, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or fast-paced multinational company. Business-oriented while maintaining a strong people focus, the candidate is able to support managers, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual who is motivated by talent development and excited to contribute to the growth of a strategic and innovative semiconductor company.
