Aeronautical Compliance & SMS Support (H/F)

An assignement for a Compliance & Safety Junior Officer has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Trento (Italy). You will join the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management Department. In this role, you will support the implementation of compliance monitoring programs and safety management systems across our Part-145, CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational safety within a highly regulated aeronautical environment. Tasks & accountabilities  Audit & Inspection Support: Execute internal audits and inspections according to the compliance monitoring plan for EASA Part-145, CAMO, DOA, and POA organizations. Non-Conformity Management: Collaborate in the registration, follow-up, and verification of corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities. Safety & Information Security: Support the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) and the Information Security Management System (ISMS) by analyzing safety reports and monitoring cyber-security events. Technical Documentation & Reporting: Assist in updating technical manuals (MOE, CAME, DOH, POE) and preparing periodic reports for Management and Aviation Authorities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain constant relationships with maintenance, engineering, and production functions to identify and implement safety culture improvements

Education: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably with an Aeronautical focus. Experience: Previous practical experience (internships or apprenticeships) in aeronautical maintenance or within CAMO, DOA, or POA environments is preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: Basic knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-145, Part-M, Part-21) and EN9100 standards is a strong plus Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of auditing principles (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and familiarity with safety reporting software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills Language Skills: Advanced level of technical English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage
